1-2-3 Project Report




You are not in need to report all; Do what You can..

Cost Performance Index (CPI)
Represents the amount of work being completed on a project for every unit of cost spent. CPI is computed by Earned Value / Actual Cost . A value of above ONE means that the project is doing well against the budget.

Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
Represents how close actual work is being completed compared to the schedule. SPI is computed by Earned Value / Planned Value. A value of above ONE means that the project is doing well against the schedule.

PV = Planned Completion (%) * BAC
EV = Actual Completion (%) * BAC
CPI = EV/AC
SPI = EV/PV

EV = Earned Value 
PV = Planned Value 
BAC = Budget at Completion 
AC = Actual Cost

Others; are extracted from Logs of Daily Communications and Documentations.

Golden Role:
Always; train yourself to use % to compare whatsoever you say to both what was done and what will be done..

    وما هو الزمن المقدر لانتهاء مشروع الختمة

    المفروض في ثاني يوم نكون قرأنا جزئين يعني 40 صفحة
    PV = 40 يعني
    اللي حصل فعلا أننا قرأنا سورة البقرة 45 صفحة
    EV = 45 وبالتالي
    SV =5
    SPI = 1.125
    وبالتالي الوقت المقدر لاكمال الختمة، 30 يوم
    SPI تقسيم
    26.6 يوم
    الهدف من التمرين أن تعلم أن ليس بالضرورة
    EV
    أن تكون فقط $$
