Simply OKRs



Great approach to OKRs. For your reference: 1. Set the high-level objectives • do 1 or 2 max for the quarter 2. Break the objectives down to projects and key results • 3-6 projects max • projects should reach the high-level objective • key results: Specific, Measurable, Stretch
3. Set the team • autonomous • has the resources • must have a lead 4. Have the teams do a monthly breakdown into months 5. Announce it to everyone in the company 6. Do the weekly check in • are they on track? • get them missing resources 7. Score and announce the project • score suggestion: use smileys (sad, neutral, happy) • don't blame
