An important step to understanding why people are not doing something is to get an idea of what is stopping them. There are different models to help you understand why people are not doing a certain behavior. One of them is the B-COM model.
B-COM stands for Behavior-Capability, Opportunity, Motivation. This can really help us in designing better solutions. I include a description of the model from a session I recently provided.
