PMC are not employed to be postal service, but agents to enable Clients to make the correct decision. They will interpret the purpose with needful essential enhancement, taking in consideration mostly PESTLEs, whereas KPIs are widely comprehended. There are various applications and tools for Dashboards, to meet the principle interests and concern of the Clients. However, many aims to collect and present data on KPIs, rather than Metadata. Managing the business assets, changes and risks require timely information on basic and detailed raw aggregates. Once the aggregate information are easily available; the Client shall comfortably take the swift decision on project progress.
Reporting Theme
Clients are not necessarily have their own technical teams or representatives. As per the classical definitions, a PMC is an Agent for the client to manage the project. The genuine task of PMC is to interpret the technical data and information into a non-technical theme for the Client's comprehension, and request the necessary actions. None of the Client is ready or comfortable to be sacked in technical details, whilst seeking commercial targets.
Resources
Pursuing the scope require suitable talents acquisition, who eventually come with heavy tag price. Certainly, Quality has a Cost, which will be exercised within the project feasibility. However, cost of talents varies as per their biographies, qualifications and leadership, while their adjustment to stakeholders and managers would make various stronger or weaker influences.
