Boulevards require couple of parameters to meet to concurrent urban and consumer trends: Integration between banks to grow businesses, Traffic calming to prioritize random pedestrian crossing, and humanizing sidewalks for more urban leisure. These had produced the new perception of the famous Champs-Élysées to stay as the top Boulevard.
