متلازمة المحتال | Impostor syndrome

دائماً ماتصيب الموهوبون والطموحون

يشعر المصابون بما يُعرف بـ "متلازمة المحتال" بأن ما يحققونه من إنجازات في مجال العمل غير مستحق، على الرغم من وجود أدلة خارجية على كفاءتهم، يبقى الأفراد الذين يعانون من هذه الظاهرة مقتنعين أنهم " محتالون" وأنهم لا يستحقون كل ما حققوه و يعزو الأفراد المصابون بالاحتيالية نجاحهم إلى الحظ أو أنه نتيجة تضليل الآخرين لاعتقادهم بأنهم أكثر ذكاءً مما يعتبرون أنفسهم عليه

ولذا لا عجب في أن يعتبر هؤلاء أن هذه الحالة النفسية تلحق الضرر بنجاحهم على الصعيد المهني ، إذ أن شعور المرء بأن الإنجازات المهنية التي يحققها، لا تعود لجدارته أو لقدراته وأن الآخرين سيكتشفون ذلك إن عاجلا أو آجلا ويضع على كاهله بطبيعة الحال مزيدا من الضغوط غير المرغوبة في عمله

انه فكر أكثر من 70 ٪ من العاملين في مرحلة ما من حياتهم في أنهم غير جديرين بما يحققونه في مجالاتهم المهنية

وبينما تتباين أشكال الضغوط التي يتعرض لها العاملون من مهنة لأخرى بفعل الإصابة بـ "متلازمة المحتال" هذه، فإن ما يمكن تسميته بـ "الأعراض الداخلية" لهذه المتلازمة، تتشابه عادة بين المصابين بها، على اختلاف مهنهم

Co-founders of a Dubai-based architecture firm have created a radical design that would transform the city's skyline.

The proposed design will encircle the entirety of the Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa neighbourhood in a 500-metre tall giant ring called the Downtown Circle. The structure will have a circumference of three kilometres.

They were designed by Najmus Chowdhry and Nils Remess of the Znera Space; artists' illustrations of the striking design gave the Downtown Area and Burj Khalifa a transformative appeal.

Architects at Znera Space are a group that designs structures that focuses on experimental designs which address socio-economic and environmental issues. The system will be broken down into smaller units containing public, private, and commercial spaces and will be self-sustainable and self-sufficient.

الصورة لحزام أو طوق من النحاس يحيط ببدن عمود رخامى فى موضع التقاءه بتاج العمود بأعلاه ، ترى ما هو سر هذا الطوق النحاسى الذى درجت العين على مشاهدته دون أن تنتبه الى السر والمغزى من وجوده ؟

يذكر د محمد مصطفى نجيب فى العمارة فى عصر المماليك – من كتاب القاهرة تاريخها فنونها آثارها

يتكون العمود عادة من ثلاثة أجزاء : قاعدة وبدن وتاج يعلوه " طبان " وهى قطعة خشبية تعتبر وسادة ترتكز عليها رجل العقد وتركب الأجزاء الثلاثة متتابعة فوق بعض وتكون شكل العمود النهائى ، وهذا يتأتى بوضع قطع خشبية فى مواضع التقاء البدن بالقاعدة والتاج ثم يصب الرصاص السائل فيؤدى هذا الى تحلل أجزاء من الخشب وتماسك ما تبقى منه مع الرصاص ، ثم يوضع حزام من النحاس فى مواضع التقاء الكتل الثلاثة السابقة

ويرجع العلة فى وجود هذا الطوق النحاسى – والحديث للدكتور عاصم محمد رزق فى الفنون العربية الأسلامية فى مصر – لتغطية هذا اللحام من الرصاص المنصهر بين البدن وكلا من القاعدة والتاج حتى لا يكون اللحام فيه ظاهرا ابوالعلا خليل

ان وضع الرصاص بين التاج والبدن والقاعدة والبدن يوءدي الي عمل عمود مفصلي يقاوم الزلازل اما وضع خوابير من الخشب فهو للمساعدة علي صب الرصاص في الفراغ بين البدن والقاعدة والتاج وكذلك تثبيت الطوق النحاس في الخوابير الخشب وقد استعمل الرصاص في الأعمدة الرومانية لكثرة الزلازل في إيطاليا والله ولي التوفيق

Some Recent Studies

The world has changed significantly in the last few years – not least due to the COVID-19 pandemic, digitization or climate change. This also has an impact on our professional world.

This is how the German Handelsblatt headlined its report on STEM Reporting (German: MINT-Reporting) from November 2021: “Short of over 275,000 skilled professionals – Shortage of experts already greater than before COVID”. A massive gap for the future presenting the world of work with new challenges.

This has an impact on the skills required of employees – the so-called future skills. The Stifterverband and McKinsey & Company recently published the “Future Skills Framework 2021” (German language). Accordingly, it is possible to differentiate four categories here:

لماذا ارتفع عدد ”شركات الزومبي“ اليابانية؟

 تُعرف الشركات التي تستمر في العمل على الرغم من كونها في حالة إفلاس، مثل عدم سداد المدفوعات المطلوبة، أو الإفلاس بسبب الخسائر المتراكمة، أو وجود ديون زائدة وإعادة جدولة السداد بشكل متكرر، باسم ”شركات الزومبي“. تعتمد هذه الشركات بشكل عام على الائتمان الذي تمنحه لها البنوك لضمان بقائها، مما يجعلها في حالة اعتماد مستمر على السيولة التي يوفرها لها الدائنون، سواء كانوا بنوكا خاصة أو مؤسسات عامة.

أطلق مصطلح ”شركات الزومبي“ لأول مرة على الشركات اليابانية المدعومة من البنوك خلال الفترة المعروفة باسم ”العقد الضائع“، بعد انهيار فقاعة الأسعار في التسعينيات. وفي ذلك الوقت، أسهمت قروض البنوك والمساعدات الحكومية في بقاء الشركات التي أفلست بسبب الأزمة.

يعرّف بنك التسويات الدولية شركات الزومبي على أنها لا يقل تاريخها عن 10 سنوات، ولديها نسبة تغطية فائدة أقل من واحدة لمدة ثلاث سنوات متتالية على الأقل. بناءً على هذه المعايير، حسب بنك بيانات تيكوكو أن معدل شركات الزومبي في اليابان في السنة المالية 2020 كان 11.3٪، أو 165000 شركة.

بعد أن بدأت الأزمة المالية العالمية في عام 2008، تمكنت العديد من الشركات من الاستمرار في العمل بسبب إدخال قانون تسهيل تمويل المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة في عام 2009، مما يعني أنه اعتبارًا من عام 2011، ارتفع عدد شركات الزومبي إلى 273000 شركة. على الرغم من انخفاضها تدريجيًا بعد ذلك، حيث استقرت عند حوالي 140000 شركة من عام 2016، فقد شوهدت زيادة بنحو 20000 شركة من عام 2019 حتى عام 2020 عندما بدأ جائحة كورونا.
