During 2014 and 2015, I had worked in RTA (Dubai's Roads and Transportation Authority); which had its own characters that no one knowns, unless work for it.. No wonder than many of its own staff they do not realize the gems within, nor utilize them..
I believe that RTA interprets many of Dubai's characteristics, which had made Dubai a global model for good governance and marvelous civic achievements..
I was fortunate enough to work for one of its distinguished Executive Directors, who had been rewarded for management and excellence.. This had enabled me to compile this presentation to assist the new generation of staff to grow ahead and handle the delivery of targets, objectives and serve the purposes..
