Assigned; to run an Active Project..!!

If you are proud and confident of your project management skills, you have to verify your emotional and political skills to understand the Project Environment and to Deliver it..
Yet, this is not easy to handle or to sail through.. 

But the most sever case happens when, for any reason, you are assigned to take over and manage an Active Project.. 

This includes not only the legacy of the Precedent Project Manager; regardless how good or not..!! but also the allover surroundings; Client; Sponsor, Team, Stakeholders, etc...
