Evolution of urbanism had gone through more than topographic, defense or graphic concepts, it was deeply driven by socioeconomics that were also influenced by accessibility, technology, and resilience.
The socioeconomics were underlined by wealth characteristics between blue and white collars, which concurrently create great loads on transit and greater on collective intelligence. The later had drawn the urban blueprints that survived for centuries.
Historically, the Asian/Chinese (and generally the Sothern) patterns had always created coherence among the social groups more than others. Usually, the wealth was not the distinction of location, but the one for facilities. Regretfully, both academic and professional analysis are few..!
