There is no further debate between Vehicular and Complete streets, as "true" professionals had concluded all pros and cons. Yet, the matter keeps evolving due to mysterious bureaucratic, business and "hidden" carelessness. Despite the efforts that are carried on by many professional entities, the governing and regulatory bodies are hesitant to aggressively intervene. Maybe, the professional spectrum would highlight the successful attempts at their surroundings, to create the effective pressure to trigger the worthily change..!
