PMCs, LDCs & PMOs

I believe that most (PMCs), (LDCs), and (PMOs) are hampered by traditional protectionist ideologies, aiming to avoid contractual penalties or been stigmatized through simplistic reporting. They overlook the fact that the employer has already commissioned them to implement, verified their capabilities, and ensured that (SOW) is clear and understandable.
Practice demonstrates three pitfalls that these parties often fall into: unnecessary storytelling, confusing dashboards, and heavywieght printing, which further exacerbates the significant talent shortage to deliver. in addition to the increased number of incapable Employers to rationally and standardizing governance, procurement or control, due to the fast track earnings and boards presures.
There is no magic solution, as such phenomenon invade and disturbe both strategies and leadership of many corporates.

I don’t write reports. I make decisions.
Clients don’t need 300 pages of “options.”
They don’t want several paths left open.
What they need is one clear path forward.
Two real options, one preferred.
And someone confident enough to say: this is the right choice, let’s move forward.
Projects don’t get stuck from lack of information.
They get stuck from lack of direction.
They don’t need someone to tell them what needs to be done.
They need someone to make the decision and do it.
And if something goes wrong, they need someone to fix it.
