Perhaps the concepts of world heritage are exposed to their greatest challenges since the adoption of their constitutions since the fifties of the last century... Politics, business, investments and the modern collective mind conflict with them, which finds that heritage occupies a spatial space of exchange value that can be replaced by modern digital applications, while about a third of humanity suffers from spatial poverty for a decent living.. Of course, the coming years will produce many transformations and changes.. Is the World Heritage community able to confront, stressing that digital virtualization will not replace the value, breath and texture of stone and wood.. Perhaps..
